Blacklist International is an esports organization founded in November 2022 by the Philippine company Tier One Entertainment Inc.

The first Dota 2 roster consisted of Marc Polo Luis Raven^ Fausto, Karl Karl Baldovino, Carlo kuku Palad, Timothy John TIMS Randrup, and Nico eyyou Barcelon.

The lineup stood out for its experience: every player had competed professionally since at least 2016 and had represented numerous organizations. The team included former players from Fnatic, TNC Predator, BOOM Esports, and other clubs.

2022-2023

The team's first achievement was third place at BTS Pro Series Season 14: Southeast Asia. However, poor results at subsequent tournaments led to the first roster change: eyyou left, kuku moved to support, and Damien kpii Chok Sau-jing became the new offlaner.

With the updated roster, the team qualified for its first tier-1 tournament, Bali Major 2023, where it underperformed and finished only 13th-14th. The roster's biggest blow was losing the grand final of the qualifier for The International 2023 to Team SMG. The club finished second and missed the TI slot, prompting major changes: Karl, kpii, and kuku were removed from the roster.

In autumn 2023, Blacklist International unveiled a star-studded Filipino roster by signing Abed Azel L. Abed Yusop, Kim Villafuerte Gabbi Santos, and Juan Carlo C. Carlo Manalo. The team qualified for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, but finished only 9th-10th and failed to advance from the group stage.

2024

The team started the new year by winning Asia Pacific Predator League 2024. Nevertheless, a series of failures in closed qualifiers for major events led to another change: Jinn Palos Marrey replaced Raven^ as carry.

Misfortune and visa issues followed the team for the rest of the season. Documentation problems prevented it from attending PGL Wallachia Season 1, while it finished last, 15th-16th, at Elite League 2024 #1.

In summer, Blacklist International qualified for Riyadh Masters 2024, but again performed poorly and exited in 15th-16th place.

After another round of visa issues forced the roster to miss PGL Wallachia Season 2, management decided to shut down the Dota 2 division completely because the club had failed to achieve its desired results on the world stage.
