History

Creepwave is a European Dota 2 team assembled by Fishman to compete in DPC-2021. Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 4 champion.

The team was created in January 2021 before the start of the new DPC season. Creepwave first squad (Crystallis, Malr1ne, ATF, Alexxo and Fishman) was successful at the DreamLeague Season 14 EU DPC: Lower Division. In parallel with the regional league, the European squad played at Snow Sweet Snow #1 - at both championships Creepwave took third place. Before the second season, only Fishman remained from the original roster, and new players were ThuG, Adzantick, Malik and TANNER. After Snow Sweet Snow #2, where the team finished fourth, the entire roster was signed by the British organization Into the Breach.

Fishman decided to revive Creepwave again in July 2021, when Into the Breach disbanded its Dota 2 roster. The new roster consisted of Crystallis, Biziem, ATF, Chuvash, and Fishman. The team failed to qualify for Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 2 and Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 3, but qualified for ESL One Fall 2021. At the tournament, the team took 9th-10th place, losing all of their matches, except for the match against Thunder Awaken - the European team played a draw with it. At the Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 4 Creepwave earned gold by beating Winstrike Team 3-1. After the tournament, it was announced that the European team had disbanded.

Before Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 5 Creepwave unveiled a revamped roster that included Crystallis, Stormstormer, Tobi, Suzuya and Fishman. The team finished the group stage in first place, losing only to V-Gaming, and in the playoffs confidently went to the championship. On November 23, it became known that the team was signed by the Indian organization Entity Gaming. In the final of the tournament Fishman and company lost to HellRaisers with a score of 2:3.
