Ninja Penguins is a team assembled in January 2024 to qualify for the BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 tournament.

The original roster consisted of Kasas Lowskill Tamas, Philippe Copy Buehler, Viktor Fayde Zuev, Yuri Merlin Belkin and Milan MiLAN Kozomara. The lineup debuted at the Open Qualifier at BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 where they placed 1st and advanced to the Closed Qualifier stage where they placed 7th-8th.

The next tournament for the team was the open qualification at DreamLeague Season 22, where Ninja Penguins was one step away from victory and failed to qualify for the closed qualification, losing to KZ Team in the final of the qualifiers. After that, there were changes in the roster: Fayde and Merlin left, and Ivan Vazya German and Doctorbum took their place.

At ESL One Birmingham 2024 the roster managed to take 1st place at the open stage, but at the closed qualifiers the team took 5th-6th place, losing to Team Secret and never making it to the LAN in Birmingham.

In February 2024, Ninja Penguins became European Pro League Season 16 champions, defeating Team Tickles in the tournament final.
