Bio

Zaur Cooman Shakhmurzaev is a Russian Dota 2 player and streamer, former HellRaisers kerry. He reached 10,000 mmr in June 2020. His signature heroes are considered to be Juggernaut, Morphling and Anti-Mage.

Cooman started his professional career in 2016 in the Digital Company team. This stack did not achieve significant success, but its players opened roads to the top. Soon Cooman became a member of Thug Life, where his teammates were Daxak, Bignum, chshrct and ALWAYSWANNAFLY.

Ahead of qualifying for The International 2017, the aforementioned pack became the first roster of Gambit Esports. Under the wing of a serious organization Cooman together with the team was able to win Blood in the Streets #1 and ProDotA Cup Europe #23, but due to his unstable play and frequent substitutions in November 2017 he was excluded from the team. In the new team Effect Zaur successfully qualified for ESL One Katowice 2018 through the regional qualifications, but at the tournament itself he was able to take only 13-16th place. After leaving the team, Cooman managed to reach 5-8th place at WESG 2017 as part of the Ultima Thule pack. Soon after, along with chshrct and VANSKOR, he became part of Double Dimension. The new team of our hero failed at the qualifications of The International 2018, after which Zaur moved to Team Empire, where he played alternately for its divisions Faith and Hope. He added to his bank of achievements with a second place at Reshuffle Madness and a third place at Cryptomasters.

In 2019, Cooman managed to take 5th-6th place at WePlay! Dota 2 Valentine Madness with The Pango, and then he was signed by Winstrike Team. The team was able to place 7th-8th on StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 2 and earn $7,500, but that was the end of their achievements. In 2020, Cooman joined Virtus.pro as a test player, but was eventually replaced by iLTW. Together with former Natus Vincere players MagicaL, Blizzy and CemaTheSlayer, Zaur became part of Cyber Legacy in July 2020. In the new team, our hero managed to earn a bronze medal at OMEGA League: Europe Divine Division and take 12-14th place at ESL One Germany 2020, after which the organization disbanded the squad. In the new season, DPC joined HellRaisers in 2021.

In May 2022, Cooman stopped playing for Team Empire, explaining that he wanted to restore his mental and psychological state. In the winter of 2024, he participated in the Games of the Future as part of the Echpo4mak mix, finishing in last place and earning $15,000.

In June 2024, Shakhmurzaev officially announced his retirement from professional play, stating that he plays Dota 2 for enjoyment and has no plans to return to the pro scene. He also emphasized that professional gaming requires full dedication to Dota 2, but with age and life changes, he now has other priorities and responsibilities.

Currently, Cooman continues his activity as a streamer and does not plan to return to professional competition or become a coach.
