Gao Stranger Tianpeng is a former professional player and current coach from China.
He started his career in 2014 in a little-known roster, and his first professional team was VG.Potential, with which he played in numerous tournaments and tried to qualify for The International 2015.
In 2016, Stranger joined IG.Vitality. Under the new for himself tag, the player took part in various “majors”, as well as selected for the first time at The International in 2017. In 2018, Stranger moved to the main roster of Invictus Gaming, but he was not lucky enough to play at TI anymore. He still showed good results, managed to win at the ZBT Invitational and Asian Masters League S2, and soon took the role of coach.
Under his leadership was iG.Vitality, and in 2023 he became the coach of Invictus Gaming, which went to the major championships, but at the tournaments themselves could not show a decent result. In December 2023 IG began to cooperate with G2 Esports and changed its tag to G2 x iG. Under Stranger's leadership, the biggest achievement of the renewed team was the fourth place at PGL Wallachia Season 1.
