Bio

Juan Carlos Mingatte Jacacata is a Bolivian professional Dota 2 player specializing in carry and offlaner roles.

He began his esports career in early 2017 with the team Union Gaming BO. Mingatte earned his first prize money in December 2019 when, along with the team Omega Gaming, he won the Epulze Monthly Cup South America December 2019 and became a finalist at the World Electronic Sports Games 2019 LatAM South. In 2020, the team took second place at Movistar Liga Pro Gaming Season 6 and won the Epulze Monthly Cup South America September 2020 and Axe Cool Cup.

In January 2021, Mingatte joined NoPing e-sports to participate in the OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 1: Upper Division, where the team placed 4th. In April, Juan returned to Omega Gaming, with which he qualified for the OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 2: Lower Division, placing 5th. At the beginning of 2022, the team won the Claro Gaming Apu League Season 3 and placed in the top 4 at DPC SA 2021/22 Tour 1: Division II. In the 2nd tour of the league, the team placed 7th and then failed to qualify for the third season. The team also participated in qualifiers for all three DPC tours of 2023 and ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, but was unsuccessful in all.

In spring 2024, Mingatte joined Pacific Esports, with which he made it to the closed qualifiers for South America at PGL Wallachia Season 1. There, the team lost two matches in a row and was eliminated from last place. After that, the roster tried its luck in open qualifiers for Elite League Season 2, Riyadh Masters 2024, The International 2024but was unsuccessful in all.
