Player Fear from from Fart Studios Dota 2
Bio
Clinton Fear Loomis is an American professional gamer, born on February 19, 1988, and currently one of the oldest actively competing esports players. Additionally, he is one of the most decorated and versatile players in professional Dota, serving as a captain, champion of The International 2015, and a contender in many tier-1 tournaments.
Fear's first professional team was PluG Pullers Inc., which also included Merlini and DeMoN. It was one of the first Dota teams funded by sponsors rather than the players themselves. Later, this lineup was signed by compLexity Gaming, a company that set the standards for organizing esports teams, which other teams later sought to emulate.
In Dota 2, Fear began his career with the team OK.Nirvana.int, which had considerable success in Dota. At The International 2011, the team placed 7th-8th and earned $25,000 in prize money. Soon after, Clinton joined the first roster of Evil Geniuses alongside PlaymatE-, DeMoN, MiSeRy and Pajkatt. Until 2014, the team did not achieve significant results. After forming the SADBOYS stack with Arteezy, Universe, zai and ppd and winning the Electronic Sports Prime Shock Therapy Cup, the players were signed by Evil Geniuses.
In the lead-up to The International 2014, Clinton suffered a hand injury, leading to his replacement by mason, while Fear acted as a coach. The team placed 3rd in the tournament, earning over $1 million. At The International 2015, Fear and Evil Geniuses emerged victorious, earning $6.6 million in prize money. In The International 2016, Fear placed third.
After leaving Evil Geniuses, Fear joined J.Storm, playing alongside Resolut1on, 1437, bryle and other players. Due to financial difficulties, the organization disbanded its US roster, after which Clinton and his teammates formed their own team, business associates.
