Bio
Michael MonHty Tapia Ramos is a Peruvian professional Dota 2 player, occupying the fourth position, with signature heroes being Hoodwink, Mirana, and Snapfire.
MonHty's first team in his career was TMU, where Michael secured second place at the Epulze Monthly Cup South America: Lunar New Year 2021 and competed in tournaments such as Volt Esports, Movistar Liga Pro Gaming Season 9 and others. Later on, MonHty played for Atwin Esports, Inverse and Los Choclitos, but he did not achieve significant results with any of them.
In May 2022, MonHty joined Qhali and participated in the ranking DPC league, as well as secured second place at LATAM Rookie Challenge 2. He tried his hand at some tier-3 competitions and attempted to qualify for major championships such as ESL One Malaysia 2022 and The International 2022. In 2023, Michael, alongside Qhali, competed in events like EPL World Series: America Season 3, 1XPLORE LATAM 1 and others. Additionally, the team participated in DPC SA 2023 Tour 2: Division I, finishing eighth and dropping to the second division of the Dota Pro Circuit South American region.
In the spring of 2024, Maikol joined South Team. The team tried to qualify for tournaments such as DreamLeague Season 22, Elite League 2024, DreamLeague Season 23, PGL Wallachia, ESL One Birmingham and BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024, but failed to advance to the main part of any of them. In May, MonHty participated in the qualifiers for Elite League Season 2, where he ultimately failed to advance to the closed qualifying stage. Additionally, South Team participated in EPL World Series: America Season 11, where the roster could not achieve high results and was eliminated after the group stage.In August, South Team participated in the qualification for PGL Wallachia Season 2, where they placed 7th in the closed stage.
