Bio
Chen Cty Tianyu is a Chinese player currently playing for Team Zero, in the 1 position. Cty started playing Dota 2 in late 2012 and Panpan offered him a spot in Vici Gaming, the team was founded in October of the same year. Before joining the team, Cty was known as a "pub star". The first serious tournament where Chen placed 5th and along with VG being complete outsiders in their group was G-League 2012 Season 2. However, with a 2-0 win over TongFu, they surprised everyone and made the playoffs. The team lost to LGD Gaming with a score of 1:2.
At the end of August 2013, Cty left Vici Gaming and soon joined RisingStars, where he stayed for only 2 months. After commenting that he was eager to return to the professional scene, Cty appeared at The Summit 1 qualification as part of HyperGloryTeam. The team was among the ten invitees for the chinese qualification of The International 2014. On March 20, 2016, Chen rejoined VG and left the same year. The next team was the EHOME, for which the player had already played previously. With this team they showed a good result and took 5th place at The International 2015, sharing the prize money of $1,197,925 with Virtus.pro. After that Cty is taking a break from the pro scene for 5 years.
In 2023, the player joins the Team Zero roster.
