Bio
Alejandro Cara Guzman Mendoza is a professional Dota 2 player from Peru, specializing in Offlaner and Support play.
Cara first gained attention on the professional scene in 2018, playing for Team Latin Hope at Liga Pro Gaming Season 3, and achieved his first meaningful successes in late 2019 with Vicious Gaming, becoming a finalist in Cup Of The Ancients Season 2, Movistar Liga Pro Gaming Season 1 and Movistar Liga Pro Gaming Season 2 tournaments.
He played for Gorillaz-Pride from April 2020 to March 2021, where the team finished eighth at ESL One Thailand 2020: Americas and fourth at OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 1: Lower Division. Cara then joined EgoBoys, winning the OGA DPC South America Regional League Season 2: Lower Division and securing a spot in the top division, but the organization disbanded in November. A return to Gorillaz-Pride brought bronze at the DPC SA 2021/22 Tour 1: Division II, after which the player left the team again.
In March 2022, Alejandro joined the Ravens, winning the DPC SA 2021/22 Tour 2 indoor qualifications. With this team, he finished third at the second round of the league, was the silver medalist at the third round and won the TodayPay Invitational Season 2. The 2023 team started the year by reaching the finals of the EPL World Series: America Season 3 and finished seventh at the DPC SA 2023 Tour 1: Division I. In the winter tour, due to an internal conflict and one player refusing to participate in games, the team suffered two technical forfeits, finishing in penultimate place. The Ravens then participated at the DPC NA 2023 Tour 3: Division II under the name Another NA Team, finished second and were invited to the upper division.
In early 2024, Alejandro joined kaiser. Together with her he participated in qualifications for many tournaments, but the most notable results were achieved at the Elite League 2024 qualifiers, where kaiser was able to qualify for the closed qualification stage.
