Bio
Xu Hym Zhi is a Chinese professional player.
Hym's first competitive Dota 2 experience was with Victory O Lord, a team formed out of players who previously had little or no competitive experience. Nevertheless, the team entered ESCC 2015, a tournament which was mostly composed of Chinese tier-2 and youth teams such as Newbee Young and Energy Pacemaker. Despite the team's lack of competitive experience, they managed to place second in the group stage, and fourth in the overall tournament. Although the team was quite successful, they disbanded shortly after the tournament and their players were poached by other teams — Hym was no exception to this as he joined the new roster of HyperGloryTeam.
After several failed qualifiers, Xu moved to Vici Gaming, which he represented until 2017. Despite such a long time with the team, Hym was unable to achieve significant results with VG and joined EHOME, but with this team, Zhi also failed to break through the tier-2 level. Subsequent performances for DeathBringer Gaming and Team Sirius did not bring Hym the desired achievements, and in September 2020, he retired.
