Bio
Remco Crystallis Arets is a Dutch Dota 2 player who plays as a Carry. He won a bronze medal in DreamLeague Season 14 EU DPC: Lower Division and DreamLeague Season 15 DPC Western Europe Lower Division.
Crystallis started his professional career at the end of 2018. He managed to play for various mixes and teams from Europe and CIS, where he showed his level thanks to a win at SECTOR: MOSTBET DOTA 2 Season 1 with ViKin.gg and a silver medal at Red Bull Gaming World by Logitech G for Yolo Knight team. During this time he was spotted by Dendi, who invited him to join B8 in June 2020. Together with the Ukrainian team Crystallis took part in BEYOND EPIC, BTS Pro Series Season 3: Europe/CIS, and earned silver at ESL Meisterschaft 2020 Season 1.
Crystallis joined Team Creepwave for the new DPC 2021 season. After the team finished third in DreamLeague Season 14 EU DPC: Lower Division, a reshuffle began, which included Crystallis. He spent the second stage of the DPC on the MiLAN Ghost frogs team. The team managed to get through two rounds of qualifications and got a slot at DreamLeague Season 15 DPC Western Europe Lower Division, where Ghost frogs earned a bronze medal. The team finished 9th-12th at qualifying for The International 2021, after which Crystallis left the team. He then moved to Creepwave, where he was able to win gold at Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 4 and silver at Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 5. At the end of November 2021, the entire squad moved to Entity Gaming, and despite good results in the new team, six months later Crystallis accepted an offer from Team Secret and became the new Carry in this European grind team.
Together with Team Secret in 2022, he finished second at The International 2022 and third at ESL One Malaysia 2022. In 2023, TS took the last places of DPC WEU 2023 Tour 1: Division I and DPC WEU 2023 Tour 3: Division I, causing the team to not participate at any Major. The club also failed to qualify for The International 2023.
Now Remko and the whole Team Secret are preparing for the ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 tournament, for which the team was selected after closed qualification.
