Nikolai CTOMAHEH1 Kalchev is a Bulgarian professional Dota 2 player who holds the position of seven-sapper. He stands out for his play on Earth Spirit and Rubick.
Nikolay started his career as a cybersport player since the end of 2013. Among the teams he played for were KomandaMinus and Gplay. CTOMAHEH1 appeared on the scene in 2015 as part of Basically Uknown along with Nikobaby and MinD_ContRoL. They were selected for DreamLeague Season 3, where the team took 6th place and earned $9,958 in prize money.
From 2016 to 2020, Nikolai was not seen much on the professional scene. During this period, he changed several teams, with whom he played at Dash 3 tournaments and participated in qualifications, including several majors and The International 2018.
In 2020, Nikolay was first noticed by Danil Dendi Ishutin and called him to play as a stand-in for B8. In October 2020 CTOMAHEH1 joined the ranks of Brame. The team managed to take 2nd place at DreamLeague Season 14 EU DPC: Lower Division and 1st place at Free TON League. At DreamLeague Season 15 DPC Western Europe Upper Division, the team takes 7th place and falls back to Division 2. In the next DPC season Brame again manages to place 2nd and move up, but CTOMAHEH1 leaves the team and in February 2022 joins Alliance with his old teammate Nikobaby. Although Nikobaby was already in another team, the problems remained unchanged - the players can't stay in the top division.
In December 2022, Kalchev moved to play in the North American region for the 5RATFORCESTAFF team. The guys managed to reach the championship at the TodayPai Invitational Season 3 and finished 5th place at the DPC NA 2023 Tour 1: Division I. In February 2023, during BTS Pro Series Season 14: America, CTOMAHEH1 left the team, and the following month he joined Dendi's team B8.
Under the tag B8, Nikolai participated in the qualifications for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, where his team placed 6th in the open qualifiers and did not advance to the closed stage. In 2024, B8 tried to break into several tournaments, such as ESL One Birmingham 2024, PGL Wallachia Season 1 and Riyadh Masters 2024 and The International 2024, but did not succeed anywhere.
