Yang, Pyw, Somnus and Chalice have joined the new Dota 2 roster
During a live stream, former chinese esports player Zhou Yang Haiyan announced the new Elephant 2.0 team. The player revealed that in addition to him, Yang Chalice Shenyi, Lu Somnus丶M Yao, Xiong Pyw Jiahan and Yu Fantasy Yayun have joined the roster.
It has become known that Chalice will take the first position, Somnus丶M will stand on the mid lane, the "three" will be Yang, while Pyw and Fantasy will share the support duties. According to Yang, the roster was being assembled to participate in the qualifiers for The International 2024.
Between 2020 and 2021, Yang and Somnus丶M were part of the first version of Elephant's roster. The team made their mark with an appearance at The International 2021, finishing in sixteenth place. However, not long after not having the most successful performance at the year's main tournament, the team disbanded.
