The most disastrous “322” case in Dota history: Winter Bear carry banned by EPL organizers
The administration of the European Pro League has officially suspended Winter Bear carry Ivan 4IVAN Moshkovskyi from participating in all league tournaments, including the current European Pro League 34. The organizers stated that all collected information and evidence will be forwarded to Valve and other major tournament operators.
We urge tournament organizers to pay attention to this situation and take appropriate action. We also call on all players to respect their opponents, follow esports standards, and adhere to the principles of fair competition.
The incident that led to the investigation occurred during the group stage match between Winter Bear and Ilbirs eSports at European Pro League Season 34. During the game, 4IVAN disconnected multiple times, and after one of the disconnects, the match continued without his participation, with the hero being controlled by the team.

The key moment came when the player reconnected at the 65th minute, but after returning he made no actions and remained standing at the fountain until the end of the match. Despite this, Moshkovskyi’s team managed to secure a victory while playing with four players, and the match lasted 92 minutes.
After the match, commentator Vladimir Maelstorm Kuzminov stated that 4IVAN’s teammates suspected him of deliberately attempting to lose the game. Later, a screenshot also surfaced showing a $150,000 bet on the opponent’s victory.
Winter Bear will continue competing in the tournament, while the replacement for the banned player has not yet been announced.. The team’s next match is scheduled for February 9 against L1GA Team.
