Teams

Virtus.pro management made a bold decision to completely change the roster for the new Dota Pro Circuit season. The Russian team tested a lot of players for a whole month and finally decided to sign contracts with Koma’ (former aggressive child), squad1x, Noticed, sayuw and Dukalis.

The head of the Dota 2 department at Virtus.pro Alexander ‘stranger‘ Solomonov said that the new roster needs time to show its best qualities and results, so he asked the VP fans to be patient and wait until the chemistry appears between the players.

Dmitry ‘DM‘ Dorokhin and Danil ‘gpk~‘ Skutin, who played for the club last season, were transferred to the inactive squad. Together with them, Virtus.pro took third place in the DPC 2021/22 Tour 1 and second place in the Eastern European Regional Finals. VP failed to earn a ticket to The International 2022 either through regional qualifiers or through the Last Chance Qualifier.

New roster of the Russian team is as follows:

  • Kamil Koma’ Biktimirov (carry);
  • Ilya squad1x Kuvaldin (mid);
  • Evgeny Noticed Ignatenko (offlaner);
  • Oleg sayuw Kalenbet (roaming support);
  • Andrey Dukalis Kuropatkin (hard support, captain);
  • Timur Ahilles Kulmukhambetov (coach).
