Valve congratulated Team Falcons on their victory at The International 2025 and released a new treasure

The developers of Dota 2 have released an update dedicated to Team Falcons' victory at The International 2025. The game now features a new background image with photos of the winners, as well as championship stickers, 50% of the sales of which will go to the club itself.

Traditionally, the team name and player nicknames have appeared on the Aegis of Champions, which is located at the base of the Radiant and Dire. It can be seen during the game or in terrain demo mode. As a reminder, the names of the champions are also inscribed on the physical Aegis, and the players themselves will receive TI winner's rings at the next The International, which will take place in Shanghai, China.

Valve also thanked all members of the Dota 2 community and shared interesting statistics about the past fantasy league and predictions for TI14.

“Whether you're in the Top 100 with an astonishing 31560+ points, or "just" someone in the Top 15% with your hard-earned 8280+, you can head into the client to claim your prizes this Thursday, September 18.”

Along with the update, a new treasure has been released. Cosmic Heroes' Hoard contains 17 sets, including Immortal items, alternate personas, and a new set for Earthshaker that includes the Planetfall Arcana. Previously, the item was only available as a reward for The International 2019 Battle Pass — now it will be available on the Steam Market after March 15, 2026.
