Valve has announced a short film contest

Valve has started accepting entries for the annual short film contest for Dota 2. Authors can submit their entries until August 18.

You can submit your entry to the contest in the Steam Workshop. Valve specified that the film should be no longer than 90 seconds. After August 18, voting for the best entry will open in the game client. The winner will also not be left without a prize: the organizers have published the prize pool:

• 1st place: $25,000
• 2nd place: $10,000
• 3rd place: $5,000
• 4th-10th places: $500
