Famous Russian streamer Timur ТраВоМаН Hafizov made a public bet against his own Dota 2 roster Rabotyagi. The CEO of the team shared his expected match outcome in his personal Telegram channel.

The series took place in the group stage of the European Pro League 25 against Bikini Bottom. The bet turned out to be successful, and ТраВоМаН's team lost 1-2. The tournament organizers stated that this situation contradicts the principles of the competition, and the team was forced to withdraw from the championship.

Timur himself also commented on the incident and expressed regret but noted that he did not find any prohibition against such actions in the tournament rules.

The guys got kicked from the tournament. I didn't know this could happen. The situation is unpleasant. I apologize both to the team and the community. I shouldn't have done that, but after reading the tournament rules, I didn’t find anything about it there. I won’t place bets anymore, but the rules should be changed as well
