Voting has begun for the best short film at The International 2025
Valve has announced the launch of voting for the best fan-made short films dedicated to The International 2025, which will run until September 2.
Players can cast their votes directly in the Dota 2 client by clicking on a special tab in the top right corner of the main menu. The opened window displays all short films inspired by Dota 2.
Users can rate the works with a like or dislike, or select the option "I can’t decide". The ten most popular videos will be showcased during the world championship, and the creator of the winning entry will receive $25,000.
It is worth recalling that at The International 2024, the short film festival was won by At Any Cost, a Tinker-themed video created by Brazilian animator Murilo dmurio Miranda.
The International 2025 will take place from 04.09.2025 to 14.09.2025 in Hamburg, Germany, with 16 teams participating. The starting prize pool for the event is $1,600,000.
Earlier, Cyberscore reported that NAVI will return to The International in Germany after 14 years.
