The International 2022: Last Chance qualifier draw has been made

Tournaments

Natus Vincere (Eastern Europe) will play against Team Secret (Western Europe) and Vici Gaming (China) within the Last Chance stage, where the holders of the last two tickets to The International 2022 will be determined. These three teams will be joined by Tempest (South America), Polaris Esports (Southeast Asia) and nouns (North America). This is reported on the mini-tournament page on Liquipedia.

The other group includes Virtus.pro (Eastern Europe), Team Liquid (Western Europe), T1 (Southeast Asia), Infamous (South America), Wildcard (North America) and Xtreme Gaming (China). The top four teams from each sextet will enter the upper bracket, while the bottom two will continue to compete in the bottom part of the playoffs. Group matches will be played in a BO2 format, while all play-off matches, including the grand final, are BO3.

We remind you that the Last Chance stage will take place from October 8 to 12 in Singapore, just like TI11 itself. The main tournament of the year will last from October 15 to 30, with breaks between the group stage (October 15-18), play-offs (October 20-23) and final matches (October 29-30).

As reported by CyberScore, the legendary Johan ‘n0tail‘ Sundstein named the favorites of The International 2022 and unexpectedly stated that Team Spirit could fail at the event.
