The organizers of FISSURE Universe: Episode 8 announced that Team Public will not be able to take part in the tournament despite having previously received an invite to the Play-In stage.

According to the draw, they were set to compete in Group D. However, their spot will now be taken by Nemiga Gaming, with the team set to play their first match against Rune Eaters on January 24.

A possible reason for Team Public’s withdrawal could be a lack of players, as Vladislav Antares Kertman recently moved to the No Vision stack, where he will compete alongside Akbar SoNNeikO Butaev and Aibek TA2000 Tokaev.

It is also worth noting that Nemiga Gaming successfully passed the open qualifiers for PGL Wallachia Season 7 and will fight for a tournament slot in the closed qualifiers in two days.

Team Public roster:
  • ArtemYuragiGolubev
  • Veniaminxn丶eSmirnov
  • ArtemamoralisSelepko
  • OlegsayuwKalenbet
Nemiga Gaming roster:
  • NikitaSelfhateOzhiganov
  • Nikitayoung GBochko

The Play-In stage of FISSURE Universe: Episode 8 is scheduled to run from 21.01.2026 to 28.01.2026, while the main event will take place online from 29.01.2026 to 01.02.2026, where eight teams will compete for a $250,000 prize pool.

Earlier, Cyberscore reported that Amaru Gaming updated their roster by signing two new players.
