Team Lynx won European Pro League 36

In the grand final of the online tournament European Pro League 36, Team Lynx defeated Nemiga Gaming 3:2 to become the champions. For the victory, the team earned $10,000, while their opponents received $5,000 for second place.

Lynx started the first map with strong dominance and even built up a 25,000 gold lead, but one failed fight completely turned the game around, and Nemiga took the first map.

However, on the second map, Lynx showed a more stable performance, equalized the series, and then took the lead by confidently winning the third map with a 23:9 kill score. Nemiga’s Invoker and Faceless Void combination did not bring success.

Unfortunately, the team were unable to close out the series, and everything was decided on the fifth and final map, where the game remained even until the 30-minute mark.

The difference in drafts eventually made the impact: Lynx’s strategy and heroes were much easier to execute, while Nemiga’s draft lacked synergy.

After Luna picked up Butterfly and Satanic, it became impossible to resist, and with the support of Beastmaster and Underlord, she quickly destroyed all structures.

It is worth recalling that at the end of January this year, Team Lynx replaced two players, completing their roster for the upcoming season, and since then the team has already defeated Nemiga three times across several EPL seasons.

At this tournament, the team lost only one series, falling to Yellow Submarine during the group stage.
