sQreen: "My heart rejoices when my team beats the region's top 1"
The head of the Dota 2 division at Mosquito Clan, Khaled sQreen El-Habbash, shared his emotions after his team’s victory in the DreamLeague Season 26 qualifiers. He published his comment on Telegram channel.
How joyful the heart feels when my underdog team, with expenses three times lower than Heroic’s, defeats the region’s nominal top 1 and prevents them from reaching a tier 1 tournament. I’m very proud of the guys and can’t wait to see them at bootcamp, which starts the day after tomorrow. There, they’ll play the fissure tournament against CIS and European teams and prepare for the PGL LAN.
sQreen compared this success to the situation in 2015, when he himself, as a player in mix teams, defeated top-tier lineups.

Let us remind you that Mosquito Clan defeated Heroic with a score of 2:1 in the lower bracket final of the South American qualifier. This result allowed the team to qualify for DreamLeague Season 26, while Heroic missed their chance to enter the tournament.
It is also worth noting that Farith Matthew Puente played position four for Heroic, although he is officially considered a player of Mosquito Clan.
Mosquito Clan roster for the qualifiers:
DreamLeague Season 26 will take place online from 19.05.2025 to 01.06.2025. The prize pool for the tournament will be $1,000,000, which will be distributed among the 16 participants.
Earlier, Cyberscore reported that Shopify Rebellion will compete in DreamLeague Season 26.
