Scofield has left PlayTime's active roster

Elvis Scofield De la Cruz Peña has temporarily suspended his professional career. This was announced by representatives of PlayTime, which Scofield had been playing for since May of this year.

It is not specified how long the esports player’s break will last, but the announcement noted that the team expects him to return to the roster “when the time is right”.

The PlayTime roster, featuring Scofield, which previously competed under the paiN Gaming tag, finished in the top 3 at 1win Essence I and placed 5th–6th at DreamLeague Season 29. The team also qualified for the Esports World Cup 2026 but was disqualified due to a violation of sportsmanship.

Later, PlayTime kicked mid-laner Oswaldo Gonzalo DarkMago Herrera Martínez and coach Juan David Vintage Angulo Nicho due to suspicions of involvement in match-fixing. At the same time, Frank Frank Arias left the team of his own accord to switch regions. Scofield stated after the incident that he had no involvement in any dishonest play and fully supports the decisions made following the investigation.
