Rumor: Heroic will sign a new player and change roles in the roster

According to Brazilian streamer Felipe NS-ART Costa, Heroic will sign young midlaner Santiago TaiLung Olivos, while Cedric Davai Lama Deckmyn will leave the roster. NS-ART stated that the changes have effectively already taken place, despite the lack of an official announcement:

The experiment with Wisper in the mid lane has finally come to an end. Although nothing has been officially announced yet, TaiLung has become the team’s new midlaner. As a result, Davai Lama has left the roster and Wisper has returned to the offlane.

Davai Lama joined the team in September 2025, after which Wisper was moved to the mid lane. With this roster, Heroic won FISSURE Universe Episode 7, but later the team’s results declined. The most recent appearance was a failed qualification for DreamLeague Season 28.

Santiago TaiLung Olivos has been competing on the professional scene since early 2024. In May 2025, he became part of OG Esports’ South American roster, but just a month later the roster was disbanded. At the moment, the player represents Amaru Gaming, which signed the Tailung Mafia roster in early December 2025, a team TaiLung previously played for.
