"We couldn’t reach an agreement with ALOHADANCE, he wanted to be the leader", — former Alohasquad player
Vladimir RodjER Nikogosian gave an interview in which he explained the reason for leaving the Alohasquad media roster and spoke about his future plans.
According to him, the team failed to stabilize due to an inconsistent player selection process and internal disagreements:
We contacted ALOHADANCE and tried to build a team. In the end, it didn’t work out because the roster kept changing. On top of that, we couldn’t reach an agreement — both of us wanted to lead in-game.
Since it was his team, I suggested that he continue developing the project on his own, and we parted on good terms.

After that, the player took a break from public activity, focusing on playing. During this period, he became interested in a coaching role:
I’m considering trying myself as a coach. I have experience as a player, but not in coaching, and that’s what organizations usually look at. Nevertheless, I’m confident I can handle it.
A coach must be able to unite players and build communication, and I’m good at that. At the moment, I’m open to any offers.
RodjER has competed on the professional scene for more than ten years, representing teams such as Team Empire, Natus Vincere and Virtus.pro, and has won numerous tournaments, including The Kuala Lumpur Major, ESL One Birmingham 2018 and The Bucharest Major 2018.
Recently, he has participated in various media projects and also played in qualifiers and tournaments together with Ilya ALOHADANCE Korobkin.
Earlier, Cyberscore reported that Alexander TORONTOTOKYO Khertek returned to the pro scene with a new team.
