Petushara created a offlaners tier list for patch 7.37d

Streamer and NextUp coach Uladzislau Petushara Kazlouski has published his own tier list of heroes to play on offlane in patch 7.37d, which, in his opinion, are best suited for the third position in the current patch. The ranking is published in the player's telegram channel.

The strongest heroes on the third position are Sand King and Primal Beast, and some of the weakest are Dark Seer, Dragon Knight, Omniknight, Necrophos, Viper and Batrider. Unfortunately, Vladislav didn't specify which facets you should choose on each hero. However, the list turned out to be quite large and variable.
