Patch 7.34d released a week before The International 12 starts

Valve released the 7.34d balance patch on the night of October 6, where it changed items and affected many heroes. Many professional players were left unhappy with this update a week before the start of The International 12. 

Item changes:

• BLADE MAIL:

1. Damage bonus reduced from 20 to 18.

• EUL'S SCEPTER OF DIVINITY

1. Recipe cost reduced from 775 to 675 gold (total cost reduced from 2725 to 2625 gold).

• HAND OF MIDAS:

1. Bonus to attack speed reduced from 40 to 35.

• HEART OF TARRASQUE:

1. Recipe cost increased from 1200 to 1300 gold (total cost increased from 5000 to 5100 gold).

• WIND WAKER:

1. Recipe cost increased from 1300 to 1400 gold (total cost the same).

Neutral item changes:

• OCCULT BRACELET;

1. Mana regeneration bonus per effect decreased from 0.5 to 0.4.

• TUMBLER'S TOY:

1. Mana bonus reduced from 200 to 150.

• NINJA GEAR:

1. Solitary Disguise: cooldown increased from 45 seconds to 60 seconds;
2. Solitary Disguise: the effect of this spell is now removed when a Ninja Gear item is lost.

Meta Hero Changes:

Brewmaster:

• DRUNKEN BRAWLER:

1. The effect multiplier under the effect of Cinder Brew has been reduced from 3 to 2.5.

PRIMAL SPLIT:

1. Mana consumption increased from 125/150/175 to 150/200/250.
2. Aghanim's Shard: now the choice of warrior in whose place the hero will appear follows the normal rules, rather than depending on which warrior applied the "Interrupt Primal Split" ability.

Gyrocopter:

• FLAK CANNON:

1. The attack interval of the automatic turret from Aghanim's Scepter has been increased from 1.2 seconds to 1.3 seconds.

Phantom Assassin:

BLUR:

1. The radius for invisibility has been increased from 400 to 500;
2. Aghanim's Scepter's recharge has been changed from 10 seconds to 50% of the current value;
3. Aghanim's Scepter no longer increases the delay before appearing.

COUP DE GRACE:

1. Chance of Focus reduced from 20% to 17% (from applying Stifling Dagger reduced from 40% to 34%).

Sven:

1. Base damage has been reduced by 4;

• GOD'S STRENGTH.

1. Additional damage reduced from 120/160/200% to 100/140/180%.

As Cyberscore previously reported, Valve noted in the Compendium announcement that there will be no changes to the balance of the game until The International 12.
