A new team has emerged on the Chinese pro scene
Chinese teams continue to make roster changes. This time, a new roster called Team Refuser has been formed. The core of the team will consist of former players from Vici Gaming and Yakult Brothers. In addition, Yang Poyoyo Chengjun, who previously played for Tearlaments, will join the roster.
The new team’s first competitions will be the Chinese regional qualifiers for BLAST Slam VI, which will take place from 02.01.2026 to 15.02.2026.

Earlier, it was reported that Tidebound disbanded their roster and shut down their Dota 2 division. Most of the players joined the updated Vici Gaming roster, while Xiong Pyw Jiahan and Ding Dy Cong became free agents.
Later the same day, Yakult Brothers announced that Nicholas zeal Lim Eng Han had left the team and also presented a second roster formed from Tearlaments players. The players did not remain without a team for long, and the formation of Team Refuser was soon revealed.
Such roster changes are linked to a shortage of young players on the Chinese scene. China enforces strict restrictions on video games for minors under 18: they are allowed to play for about one hour per day (from 20:00 to 21:00) on Fridays, weekends and holidays, while playing at other times is prohibited.
