Rumor: lilskrip — CEO of Runa Team, the organization commented on the situation
The author of the Telegram channel “Esports Base” stated that Bauyrzhan lilskrip Bisembaev, who was previously banned by Valve for involvement in matchfixing, is the CEO of Runa Team. However, he officially introduces himself as Dmitry and does not reveal his identity.
“It is not for me to decide the future of this team or organization, but it seems that, at the very least, the situation requires investigation and verification of Dmitry's identity. If his involvement is proven, he should be removed from his position at the club, although, as we can see, he will find a way to get around it.”
Representatives of Runa Team denied this information, but admitted that lilskrip gave advice on selecting players for the team.
"The accusation that the CEO of our organization is lilskrip is false.
There is indeed a Dmitry in our organization to whom lilskrip gave advice, but this advice was exclusively in the context of scouting. Baurzhan “lilskrip” Bisembaev, who has been banned by Valve and PGL, did not participate in the organization's activities in any way."
The next tournament for Runa Team will be DreamLeague Season 27, which the team qualified for through the Eastern European qualifiers. The online championship will take place from 10.12.2025 to 21.12.2025 with 24 teams participating. The prize pool for the tournament will be $1,000,000.
