"I have no money, but I sold them the idea", — GLYPH coach on building the team
GLYPH coach Leon Arthur Lee gave an interview in which he shared details about the roster formation and also evaluated the team’s results at the start of the season.
According to the coach, a key step was the decision to leave Execration after DreamLeague Season 28, where the team finished last, and to begin building a new project around Souliya JaCkky Khoomphhetsavong:
Everything started when I decided to leave Execration. I immediately contacted JaCkky because I already knew I wanted to work with him. I suggested building a team together, even without knowing who would be available. The main thing was to start with him.
I asked who we should consider, and he named zeal, NARMAN, Jhocam, and Emo. We contacted all of them, and each agreed. That is how the team was formed.

The coach also noted that the team’s success was not accidental, but the result of a deliberate approach to practice and tournament participation:
It was important for us to play at EPL because many teams ignore this tournament. We had just formed and could not rely only on practice without real match experience.
Playing official matches helped us build communication and better understand each other. In many ways, this is what gave us results in the qualifiers.
At the moment, GLYPH have won EPL World Series: Southeast Asia Season 13 and qualified for BLAST Slam VII. The team is also on a 13-match winning streak.
