Ukrainian esportsman Andriy «Ghostik» Kadyk has announced his resignation as Team Empire coach. He announced this in his Telegram channel.

Ghostik explained that he can neither mentally nor physically engage in Dota 2 while Russia continues the war on the territory of his country. According to the Ukrainian esportsman, despite his departure, he remained on good terms with the team. Andrey Kadyk will tell about his future plans after the end of the war in Ukraine.

Team Empire confirmed the news of Ghostik’s resignation on Twitter. It has to be noted that he played for the team in 2016-2018 and in 2021-2022, and in February 2022 he took over as a coach at Empire.

As CyberScore reported, Dota 2 developers have postponed the 2021/22 DPC spring tour for Eastern Europe indefinitely.
