FISSURE Universe: Episode 8: Invited teams revealed

The organizers have announced details of the upcoming FISSURE Universe Episode 8 tournament. The information was published on their official Telegram channel.

The online tournament will consist of three stages: qualifiers, the Play-in stage, and the Playoffs. The qualifiers are scheduled to take place from 17.01.2026 to 19.01.2026, the Play-in stage will run from 21.01.2026 to 28.01.2026, and the final stage of the tournament will be held from 29.01.2026 to 01.02.2026. Details regarding the participants of the qualifiers will be announced later.

The final match of the tournament will be played in a best-of-five format, while all other matches will follow a best-of-three format.

The Play-in stage will feature 1win Team, AVULUS, L1GA TEAM, Nigma Galaxy and Zero Tenacity.

Meanwhile, Team Spirit, Team Liquid, BetBoom Team, Team Yandex, PARIVISION and MOUZ have been directly invited to the Playoffs.

The champion of the previous FISSURE Universe: Episode 7 was Heroic, but the team did not receive an invitation this time.

Special attention should be paid to Team Spirit. Recently, the roster has undergone several changes: the head coach has left the team, and the club was also forced to replace midlaner Denis Larl Sigitov, who will miss several upcoming tournaments for personal reasons.

At the same time, the situation at PARIVISION looks more stable, as it became known that Clement Puppey Ivanov will remain with the team and continue his coaching duties.
