Fishman shared tips on improving your Dota 2 gameplay

Belarusian esports player Dmitry Fishman Polishchuk, formerly of 1win Team, shared advice on improving in Dota 2 during a personal stream on Twitch. According to him, progress depends on the player's goals, but overall it requires persistence and patience:

If you want to improve, you just have to play a lot. And the most important thing is to study laning. That’s the key. Watch how pro players lane, notice their tricks and decision-making. Everything else will come with time.

He also noted that public games and pro-level Dota are quite different, and understanding real teamplay only comes through actual competitive experience.

Fishman especially emphasized the importance of analyzing pro support gameplay:

You need to steal tricks from tier-1 players, especially item builds. Sure, you can come up with your own, but stealing is just more effective. And also — 20 matches a day. That’s the key. Or just be naturally talented, like Kataomi.

He stressed that constant practice combined with studying top-tier matches is the best path to progress.

Let’s remind that Fishman is currently on the inactive roster of 1win Team. He is known for his performances with Entity, 1win Team, Vega Squadron and B8.

As previously reported by CyberScore, Melchior Seleri Hillenkamp hinted at an upcoming MOUZ roster announcement.
