Fishman about leaving 1win Team: "I realized I was turning into a paycheck player"
Former full support of 1win Team Dzmitry Fishman Palishchuk commented after the announcement of his leave from the team. In his personal Telegram channel, the esports player explained the reasons for parting with the team and shared his plans for the future.
According to him, the reason for leaving was disagreements with the organization after CCT Dota 2 Series 7, where the team finished in 7th place. He proposed certain changes, but they were not supported, which led to his departure.
After the last tournament, where we lost, I initiated some discussions and suggested certain solutions that 1win Team didn't quite like. And so it happened that I am no longer part of 1win Team
Fishman admitted that he lost motivation because his expectations for the team were not met. He wanted to play in a roster of The International level but did not see the necessary dedication from some players.
I joined a team of The International level, but in the end, I didn't see the drive from some players. And I realized that I was turning into a paycheck player, which, in principle, does not suit me

Despite leaving, the esports player will continue his career and intends to focus on improving his ranking. He also thanked his former teammates and wished them good luck.
I plan to keep playing Dota. I want to rank up now. It’s a pity there are no double downs. So, we'll see what happens. And of course, I want to thank every team member and the 1win Team organization. We parted on a good note. Big thanks and good luck, guys
Recall that on March 14, the esports organization 1win Team announced changes in its Dota 2 roster. Dzmitry Fishman Palishchuk and Alexander Cloud Zakharov left the team.
