New Riyadh Masters series tournament announced

The organizers of the Esports World Cup cyber sports festival have announced that in 2025, the event will once again host the Dota 2 championship. The information appeared on the official EWC page in social network X.

The tournament will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Whether the competition will retain its former name is unknown - the organizers did not use it in the announcement. The 2024 Championship was also part of the EWC and was called the Riyadh Masters. No details, including the size of the prize pool, were revealed.

Riyadh Masters 2024 took place from July 4-21 in Riyadh. 20 teams played for a prize pool of $5,000,000. The champion was Gaimin Gladiators, which defeated Team Liquid 3-0 in the grand finals.
