Dy shared his future career plans
Former Xtreme Gaming member and current Gaozu full-support Ding Dy Cong shared his future plans for his professional Dota 2 career. According to him, he will continue playing for his current team only until February 2025, after which he plans to focus on streaming. This information was revealed by the author of the Telegram channel "Chinese Muesli."
It is reported that Dy will not participate in competitions next year and will go inactive. The reason is his busy personal life and upcoming wedding. Whether he will return to the team after this important event remains unknown.
In fact, I won't be playing next year because I’m getting married. So, at most, I’ll be able to play with them until January or February, and then I'll focus on wedding-related matters. I can still stream matches since streaming is my main job. As for whether there will be any changes in the team after the wedding — we’ll see. If they're playing well, why should I interfere?
In October, Dy announced his retirement from professional play. However, he was later spotted on the Gaozu roster alongside Wang Ame Chunyu and Zhang Paparazi Chengjun, registered for the ESL One Bangkok 2024 qualifiers. The team's debut turned out to be more than successful, as they advanced to the tournament's main stage.
Current Gaozu roster:
- Wang Ame Chunyu
- Zhang Paparazi Chengjun
- Thiay Jun JT- Wen
- Zhao XinQ Zixing
- Ding Dy Cong
