Patch 7.37d has been released in Dota 2

On the night of October 2, Valve released a new letter patch 7.37d. The developers adjusted the balance and reworked some items. Ringmaster still hasn't received facets and the effect from Aghanim's Scepter.

Arcane Boots

• Recipe cost increased from 375 to 475 gold (total cost increased from 1300 to 1400 gold)
• Mana regeneration bonus reduced from 0.5 to 0.25
• Replenish Mana: mana restored reduced from 175 to 150

Bracer

• Bonuses from this item no longer double after 25:00

Crimson Guard

• Protection duration reduced from 8 to 7 seconds

Disperser

• Suppress: no longer protects the owner or their allies from slows
• Suppress: now grants +40% slow resistance during its effect

Gleipnir

• Recipe cost increased from 250 to 550 gold (total cost increased from 5450 to 5750 gold)
• Damage bonus reduced from 30 to 25
• Attack speed bonus reduced from 30 to 25
• Health bonus reduced from 300 to 275
• Chain Lightning: damage reduced from 160 to 140

Guardian Greaves

• Total cost increased from 4950 to 5050 (due to the increased cost of Arcane Boots)

Null Talisman

• Bonuses from this item no longer double after 25:00

Pavise

• Protect physical damage barrier reduced from 300 to 250
• Protection duration reduced from 8 to 7 seconds
• Protection cost increased from 75 to 100 mana

Pipe of Insight

• Barrier duration reduced from 10 to 8 seconds

Ring of Basilius

• Mana regeneration bonus reduced from 0.5 to 0.25

Solar Crest

• Health bonus reduced from 200 to 175
• Shine: duration reduced from 8 to 7 seconds
• Shine: physical barrier health reduced from 400 to 350
• Shine: attack speed bonus reduced from 70 to 60

Spirit Vessel

• Enemy healing reduction through Soul Release increased from 50% to 60%
• Soul Release: now always gains a charge upon the owner's death

Wraith Band

• Bonuses from this item no longer double after 25:00

• Verdurous Dale duration reduced from 14 to 8 seconds

• Reflected spell damage increased from 30% to 40%

Talents:

• Level 10 Talent: “+10% magic resistance from Counterspell” replaced with “+3 health per second”

Batrider

Talents:

• Level 20 Talent: “+4.5 seconds Firefly duration” replaced with “+2 seconds Smoldering Resin duration”

Beastmaster

Abilities:

Primal Roar

• Stun duration increased from 2.75/3.25/3.75 to 3/3.5/4 seconds

Drums of Slom

• Hero healing from damage reduced from 25% to 20%

Talents:

• Level 10 Talent: Inner Beast magic resistance increased from 5% to 10%

Bloodseeker

Dawnbreaker

Abilities:

Celestial Hammer

• Mana cost reduced from 110/120/130/140 to 100/110/120/130
• Projectile speed increased from 1500 to 1600

Dazzle

Talents:

• Level 15 Talent: attack speed bonus increased from 80 to 90
• Level 20 Talent: Poison Touch damage per second bonus increased from 60 to 75

Death Prophet

• Base damage increased by 2

Abilities:

Exorcism

• Number of spirits increased from 8/16/24 to 10/17/24
