PARIVISION coach Astini talks team communication

Filipe Astini Astini, head coach of PARIVISION’s Dota 2 roster, shared his thoughts on the current state of team communication. According to him, the team’s comms became less effective after switching fully to Russian.

Astini explained that previously the team used a mixed language setup around 70% of communication was in English and 30% in Russian. This model remained even with Remco Crystallis Arets on the roster, whose native language is English. However, in January 2025, he was replaced by Alan Satanic Gallyamov, and the team switched entirely to Russian in-game communication.

Since then, it feels like our communication got worse. There's too much unnecessary talk during matches. When we used English, everything was more concise and on point.

Notably, Astini doesn’t speak Russian, so all off-game discussions with him are still held in English.

Astini joined PARIVISION in May 2024 when the team was still representing Entity. At that time, the roster was entirely Russian-speaking. The situation changed after Alimzhan Watson Islambekov moved to Gaimin Gladiators, and Crystallis, an English-speaking player, joined the team. In January 2025, Satanic was loaned from Team Spirit, making the lineup fully Russian-speaking once again.

Current PARIVISION roster:

Alan Satanic Galiamov
Vladimir No[o]ne Minenko
Dmitry DM Dorokhin
Edgar 9Class Naltakyan
Andrey Dukalis Kuropatkin

Earlier, Cyberscore reported that TpaBoMaH had disbanded his Dota 2 team.
