Azure Ray has gone inactive

Chinese cybersports organization Azure Ray has announced the temporary closure of the Dota 2 roster. The information was published on the club's official page on Weibo.

“Azure Ray has been established for over a year, by several generations. The organization has always adhered to the love of Dota 2 and the desire to win, and continues to fight. However, due to many factors, such as difficulties with the roster and recent results, we have decided to leave the Dota 2 competitive scene for a while.”

The team was established in 2023 and has since earned over $870,000 in prize money. The last tournament for Azure Ray was DreamLeague Season 24, where the team took 12th place.
