Aurora Gaming benched TA2000 and Malady

Esports organization Aurora Gaming announced changes to its Dota 2 roster. The club benched Aybek TA2000 Tokayev and Arman Malady Orazbayev. The official announcement appeared on social networks. The reasons for this decision are not reported.

TA2000 joined the team in September 2024, and Malady - in November. Players failed to qualify for ESL One Bangkok 2024. It is unknown where the players will continue their careers and who will replace them in the roster.

The changes in Aurora were commented by caster Vladimir Maelstorm Kuzminov and 1WIN coach Timur Ahilles Kulmukhambetov.

Maelstorm comment:

“Everything is clear here. Org needs to be either in SEA or move to EEU, these mixes are a total ***. Well, I guess that's what they decided to do. I think there will be a full SEA roster”

Ahilles comment:

“Most likely Jabz's influence in the team is very high, so they decided to make a roster around him. Or just different mentalities didn't mesh. In any case, the ambitions of Aurora after the last season are clearly higher than their results now”

On December 10, Aurora will begin their performance at the MESA Invitational 2024. The tournament will be held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Eight teams will play for a prize pool of $100,000.
