21 wins in a row: Aurora Gaming win DreamLeague Division 2 Season 3
In the grand final of DreamLeague Division 2 Season 3, Aurora Gaming confidently defeated Nigma Galaxy 3–0 to become tournament champions, securing a slot at DreamLeague Season 28 and $15,000 in prize money. Nigma finished second and received $10,000 from the total prize pool.
All three maps were fully controlled by Aurora, while Nigma’s attempts to diversify their draft brought no result. Confident performances from every player in their respective roles shut down any effort from their opponents to gain momentum.
At this event, Egor Nightfall Grigorenko’s squad finished the group stage with seven wins and then confidently advanced through the upper bracket. The victory marked the roster’s 21st consecutive win, and so far no opponent has managed to stop them.
The winning streak began in the closed qualifiers for ESL One Birmingham 2026, where the team secured their spot by defeating every opponent in the lower bracket. Aurora then advanced through the Play-In stage of FISSURE Universe: Episode 8 and eventually won the tournament without dropping a single series. On their way to the title, the team defeated BetBoom, Team Yandex and Team Spirit twice.
It is worth noting that the team continues to compete with Artem lorenof Melnik, who is temporarily replacing Rafli Mikoto Fathur due to visa issues.
