Gorgc has compiled a tier list of Aghanim's Shard for all heroes in patch 7.38b
Content creator Janne Gorgc Stefanovski has compiled his own ranking of Aghanim's Shard for all Dota 2 heroes in patch 7.38b. The updated tier list was published on his personal Twitter account.
According to Jan, one of the strongest Aghanim’s Shards in the game is the upgrade for Nature’s Prophet, which grants him a new ability — Curse of the Oldgrowth. Across all ranks, this hero achieved a 56.16% win rate over the past week, playing 110,756 matches. Another powerful Shard is Death Seeker for Necrophos, which secured a 54.47% win rate in 339,828 games.
In addition to these heroes, the list of the strongest also includes Earthshaker, Bristleback, Meepo, Slark, Slardar, Templar Assassin, Terrorblade, Monkey King, Witch Doctor, Tidehunter, Crystal Maiden, and Treant Protector.
Tiny topped the Tier-A list, with his Aghanim’s Shard bringing a 50.62% win rate in 305,368 matches. In Tier-B and Tier-C, the most successful were Marci and Primal Beast. Purchasing their Aghanim’s Shards ensured a win rate of 53.12% and 55.35%, respectively, over 125,494 and 10,430 games.
The second-to-last position in the ranking was taken by Kez — the upgraded Kazurai Katana brought a 57.00% win rate in 13,329 matches.
The weakest Aghanim’s Shards belonged to the F-tier heroes. Despite a 61.16% win rate, Io topped this list because his Shard was considered the least effective among others. Meanwhile, Juggernaut’s Aghanim’s Shard turned out to be the weakest in Gorgc’s ranking overall, although its purchase still brought players a 61.93% win rate across 61,081 matches.
