What is Scripts?

Scripts
Scripts are automated programs or sets of commands that perform actions in Dota 2 without the player's direct input. They are designed to simplify or speed up certain in-game processes. Scripts can be legal (such as binds and macros within the game client), but more often the term refers to banned modifications that provide unfair advantages.
Illegal scripts include:
- auto-hex/auto-silence against jumps and initiations;
- automatic item usage;
- scripts for perfect stacking, last-hitting, denying, etc.;
- auto-dodging abilities.
Using scripts violates Valve's rules. This can result in a VAC ban or account suspension in Dota 2.
