Blue Pikachu — an American Dota 2 team.
The team was formed in 2017 with players Whiskey, Vol, Scourge McDuck, Alren, and Save. That year, they participated in several qualifiers for major tournaments but did not secure any victories.
In 2018, Blue Pikachu achieved their first success with players RyanRee, Raylalisa, Alren, Vol, and Chives. The team placed in the top 7 at NADCL Season 1. After some roster changes, they competed in the North American Dota Challengers League Season 2, where they shared fifth place with other teams. Following this tournament, Blue Pikachu disbanded. Between 2020 and 2022, the roster reassembled several times to participate in qualifiers for the Dota Pro Circuit league but never advanced past the open stage.
In early 2024, Blue Pikachu reappeared on the professional Dota 2 scene, participating in the Elite League qualifiers. This time, the roster included Karan, Mr.Lens, DNC, Buying Onions, and Alren. In the qualifiers, they lost two matches in a row and finished in the top 8. Shortly after, the team tried their luck in the Riyadh Masters 2024 qualifiers but finished 6th and did not advance to the closed stage.
