Joel jwl Rivera Pagkatotohan is a professional Filipino Dota 2 player, playing in the offlane position.
jwl's esports career began in November 2021 when he joined the team GrindSky Esports, with which he spent about a year. During this period, the team took fourth place in the Mineski Masters, won bronze in the Asia Pacific Predator League 2022, became a finalist in the League Of The Truth Season 3, Moon Studio Top Clans 2022 Summer Invitational and Khaz Modan 2022 Cup Season 4, and also won the Max Power League.
In December 2022, after leaving GrindSky Esports, jwl joined the Philippine national team to participate in the IeSF World Championship 2022, where he won a silver medal. He then played for a while for Sky Encore Esports, and in March 2023 he joined InterActive Philippines. With this team, Joel placed in the top 6 in the Master Cup SEA 2023 and achieved fourth place in the European Pro League World Series Southeast Asia Season 1. In the spring of 2024, jwl joined Sabong esports, with which he advanced to the closed qualifier for the Elite League Season 2 for Southeast Asia.
In September 2024, Jwl joined Kukuys, with which he participated in the closed qualifier for BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024, where they placed 2nd and did not qualify for the tournament.

The debut with the new team took place at EPL WS: Southeast Asia. S3, where the team claimed victory. A bit later, JuweL attempted to qualify for DreamLeague Season 26, but the attempt was unsuccessful.
