27-year-old Romanian esports athlete Radu BliNcc Ionut Musat officially announced his retirement from his coaching career in Dota 2. He did not disclose the reasons for this decision, but commented on his farewell to the scene:

With the end of my contract, my time on the competitive Dota 2 scene also comes to an end. I knew this moment would come, so I accepted it long ago. I walked a long road toward my dream, and although it wasn’t quick, I was lucky enough to say: I made it to TI. It was an amazing experience. I dreamed of more, but life goes on.

The coach also wished his team success and said he would focus on streaming and media projects. It is worth noting that Radu’s mmr exceeds 15,000, which placed him in the top 100 players in the Americas.

It is worth recalling that BliNcc took over as coach of Wildcard in January 2025. Previously, he worked with Apex Genesis, combining the roles of player and coach. Musat’s playing career in Dota 2 lasted from 2016 to 2025, but his greatest achievements came as a coach.

At the last major tournament – The International 2025, Wildcard placed 9-12th after qualifying through the North American closed qualifiers. The team had a chance to reach the Playoffs, showing solid performance, but was eliminated after facing PARIVISION in a decisive match.

The organization has yet to comment on the coach’s decision, confirm its roster for the new season, or announce the name of a new head coach.

Earlier, Cyberscore reported rumors that Gaimin Gladiators may be preparing to sign a new roster.
