Former professional player Johan n0tail Sundstein explained the reasons behind the recent changes to the OG roster. His comments were published on the OG Esports YouTube channel.

n0tail emphasized that a player's abilities are not the only thing that matters — mindset is just as important. In his opinion, the team cannot achieve results if the players are not in the right conditions for productive work.

“Of course, talent matters. Without it, you can't reach the highest results. However, the most important thing is the mindset — how you conduct yourself as a pro player. I am convinced that our project needs to create a comfortable environment where players can give their all. Without this, the team won’t achieve its goals"

Johan also shared what he expects from the revamped roster and what results he would consider successful.

“For me, success is seeing refreshed and energized Dota. Qualifying for tournaments and showing a worthy performance, even if we don’t win. It’s important to be competitive at the highest level, fighting against the strongest teams. That's the true measure of success — to show the best Dota”
