The DPC SEA. Division II Tour 1 is a league for teams from Southeast Asia, they play for $75,000 and 2 places in the first division in the next tour. There are 8 clubs participating in the championship and 2 are eliminated.
Participants:
- Two teams from the first division of the previous tour;
- Four teams from the second division of the previous tour;
- Two teams from the closed qualification.
Format:
- Single round-robin system;
- All matches are best of 3;
- Two teams qualify for the first division of the next tour;
- Weakest two teams are eliminated;
- The remaining teams retain their place in the division for the tour.
Tiebreaker rules:
- If there is a tie, more games will be played:
- Two-way tie: BO3;
- Three-way or more tie: BO1.
